Three Years ago today, you stepped off of a plane ride early in the morning, after a night that seemed to take forever for both of us. As you flew across the continent to be with me, I lay restless in my bed, unable to sleep - anxious, scared, hopeful and tense....

Our true anniversary is this date - not the one that we met - for it was today that the intangible, the mysterious and the uncertainty was to disappear with our first embrace, was to become reality with our first look deeply - your eyes into mine.

The challenges of life continue to present themselves to us. Perhaps this year has been the toughest. As life moves to a more regimented path - often challenging us to keep the romance that brought us together a vital part of our lives - we continue to seek new ways to make each other happy, to show our love and devotion and to meet those very challenges, undaunted - because our love prevails.
